As President & CEO, he has successfully led 6 companies through liquidity exits with an average enterprise value increase of 750%. Keegan has raised over $10 billion in capital while leading over 250,000 people globally. Today, he serves as co-owner and board member of United Autosports, Andretti Racing, Central Park Tower, Merchants Fleet, PURE Electric, Express It Delivery, Sky Meadow Country Club, 111 West 56th and bFEARLESS Exotics. Additionally, Keegan serves on non-profit boards to include the RPI Athletics Council, RPI Lally Leadership Council and the Keegan Family Courage & Faith Foundation.

His most recent experience was as Chairman, CEO & President of Merchants Fleet where his vision disrupted the fleet industry and transformed the company resulting in 5X top line growth from $500 million to $2.5 billion, 19X bottom line growth and 12X enterprise value growth in under 5 years. As a result, Merchants completed a strategic sale to Bain Capital and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.

Keegan is a 3-time Wall Street Journal, Amazon and Barnes & Noble best-selling author of Dare to DISRUPT, The FUD Factor and Unbalanced on PURPOSE, published by Forbes Books. Keegan received his bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and MBA from George Washington University. Keegan resides in the Greater Boston and New York City areas with his wife Dana and their two children Kaylie and Patrick who are making names for themselves through their own professional, academic & athletic pursuits. Keegan’s family has made charitable donations of $10 million to build the next generation of leaders through their family Courage & Faith Foundation.

Kaylie Keegan serves as Vice President of Investor Relations at bFEARLESS Ventures, where she leads communications with the firm’s capital partners, co-investors, and stakeholders across its four pillars: Capital, Board Advisory, Philanthropy, and Racing. She brings a capital markets lens to the role from her career in investment banking at CIBC Capital Markets in New York City, where she works across corporate and institutional clients. Beyond the deal desk, Kaylie is a published voice on leadership and career development — she authors a LinkedIn newsletter, writes a monthly column for Entrepreneur magazine, and contributes to Maxim, sharing lessons and insights for the next generation of professionals. A graduate of the University of St Andrews, she served as President of the University’s Lacrosse Club and was a two-time captain of the women’s lacrosse team. She is a board member of the Keegan Family Courage & Faith Foundation, supporting its mission to build next-generation leaders. Kaylie is based in Manhattan.

Vice President, Media Relations

Patrick Keegan serves as Vice President of Media Relations at bFEARLESS Ventures, overseeing press strategy, brand storytelling, and media partnerships across the firm’s portfolio — from exotic car acquisitions at bFEARLESS Exotics to the global motorsports platform of bFEARLESS Racing. A finance-focused student-athlete, Patrick has built an early career spanning private equity (Summer Analyst, The Cynosure Group), capital markets (CIBC), and investment banking (Raymond James). An entrepreneur since high school, he founded and scaled Donks Resells, a resale venture that surpassed $100K in revenue. At Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Patrick maintained a 4.0 GPA, earned Academic All-American honors in lacrosse, and served as Vice President of the RPI Finance Club and Co-CIO of its Student Endowment Fund. He has since transferred to Babson College, where he continues his lacrosse career while pursuing additional business coursework at one of the nation’s top-ranked schools for entrepreneurship. He is a board member of the Keegan Family Courage & Faith Foundation.

Our Family Foundation was established in 2012 with a goal of giving back $10 million to positively impact the lives of youth through academic and athletic financial support. The Foundation has provided scholarships, athletic facilities, teachers’ endowments, speaker series, leadership curriculum and technology infrastructure across schools and organizations that have positively impacted our family to include St. Chris Academy, Bishop Guertin High School, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Marymount University, The Camphill School, Camp Fatima, Camp Bernadette, Nashua Police Athletic League, Nashua Soup Kitchen, and the Londolozi South Africa Village.

Through team meetups and leadership sessions, to on and off campus mentoring, to career coaching for recent grads and supporting capital campaigns and fundraising, the Athletics Advisory Board is active in fueling competitiveness and resiliency across the administrators, coaches and student athletes.
